Infinity Fire Protection has relied upon our shop for many years to take care of their fleet graphics and required signage. This project required more specific execution than your typical fire system signage and Fire Department required signs. The building where these pair of Standpipe/Fire Dept Connection signs are now installed has a granite fascia that is difficult to match long after the initial construction. For this sprinkler system upgrade a new solution was needed to cover the holes revealed when updating the antiquated system. Rather than struggle with granite that looked out of place, this customer opted for a clean look using aluminum plaques. These plaques are 18" x 12" x 1/8" thick, with engraved text (so it can't be damaged by fire) and a through hole to accommodate the standpipe.
